Delete Your Qrivitify Account

This page is the official account deletion request page for the Qrivitify app (com.esteam.qrivitify), developed and published by Abati Technology on Google Play Store.
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you'd like to delete your Qrivitify account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Listening history and preferences
- Saved playlists and favorites
- Any other data associated with your account
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: From the App
Open Qrivitify → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to help@qrivitify.my.id with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- You will lose access to all saved content and preferences.
- If you have any active subscriptions, please cancel them before requesting deletion.
