By using Qrivitify ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Service Description

Qrivitify is a free music streaming application that provides access to royalty-free music from Pixabay. The App is ad-supported through Google AdMob.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Interfere with the App's functionality or bypass ad mechanisms
• Redistribute the App or its content without permission

Music Content

All music in the App is sourced from Pixabay under their content license. The music is royalty-free for streaming within the App. Downloading, redistributing, or using the music outside the App is subject to Pixabay's own content license.

Advertisements

The App displays rewarded and native advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the presence of ads. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements.

Availability

We provide the App "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Music tracks may be added or removed at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
